Cost and shipping time
Shipping prices and flat rates include insured delivery within Germany including shipment tracking and age verification. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. Unless otherwise specified in the product description, your order will be ready for dispatch within 5 working days after payment of the value of the goods at the latest. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Shipment tracking
After you have successfully placed your order in our online shop, you will receive an automated order confirmation. As soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email. With this you can follow the progress of the shipment at any time.

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract with us within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.
